blanch:

  • 1 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
  • 10 Pc. Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 1 liter Salted water

to process :

  • 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 100 ml Condensed milk 4% fat
  • 1 shot Water
  • Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

sprinkle:

  • 2 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley

  • 4 Pc. Purple potatoes
  • Salted water

Potatoes:

  1. Peel the potato, cut into cubes and cook in salted water.

Kohlrabi:

  1. Remove the leaves from the kohrabi, peel and cut into slices. Now plan or cut them, blanch them.
  2. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut into 1/4. Blanch both vegetables.
  3. Steam the onion in the rapeseed oil until translucent, dust with flour, deglaze.
  4. Now sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Little tip: You can use the vegetables for a vegetable lasagna.
