blanch:
- 1 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
- 10 Pc. Brussels sprouts fresh
- 1 liter Salted water
to process :
- 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 100 ml Condensed milk 4% fat
- 1 shot Water
- Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Black pepper from the mill
- Freshly grated nutmeg
sprinkle:
- 2 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley

- 4 Pc. Purple potatoes
- Salted water
Potatoes:
- Peel the potato, cut into cubes and cook in salted water.
Kohlrabi:
- Remove the leaves from the kohrabi, peel and cut into slices. Now plan or cut them, blanch them.
- Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut into 1/4. Blanch both vegetables.
- Steam the onion in the rapeseed oil until translucent, dust with flour, deglaze.
- Now sprinkle with parsley.
- Little tip: You can use the vegetables for a vegetable lasagna.
