Leeks – Fried Potatoes – Pan
The perfect leeks – fried potatoes – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Jacket potatoes, little ones
- 2 Onions
- 75 g Ham cubes
- 1 Leek days
- 80 g Gouda cheese
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
- Peel the onions and cut into rings.
- Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings.
- Coarsely grate the cheese.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until they are nice and brown.
- Add the diced ham, onion rings and leek and fry everything for 10 minutes over a low heat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and mix everything until the cheese melts.
- Possibly. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
