Leeks – Fried Potatoes – Pan

The perfect leeks – fried potatoes – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Jacket potatoes, little ones
  • 2 Onions
  • 75 g Ham cubes
  • 1 Leek days
  • 80 g Gouda cheese
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into rings.
  3. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings.
  4. Coarsely grate the cheese.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until they are nice and brown.
  6. Add the diced ham, onion rings and leek and fry everything for 10 minutes over a low heat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the cheese on top and mix everything until the cheese melts.
  9. Possibly. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
