Vegan: Leeks – Fried Potatoes

The perfect vegan: leeks – fried potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Jacket potatoes from the day before
  • 2 tsp My vegetable broth *
  • 0,5 pole Leek
  • 20 g Alsan *
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. Heat up in a pan and fry the potato slices in it, with salt or I just use my vegetable stock to season, then add the cut leek and fry everything well.
  3. I ate a lamb’s lettuce with it, washed it quickly and dried it, rounded it off in a bowl with a little apple cider vinegar and oil to taste. A quick and delicious meal and sometimes it just has to go quickly.
  4. * Alsan – comes in a green (vegan butter) and orange / brown color (vegan margarine)
  5. * Supplies: Make your own vegetable broth
