Farfalle with Vegetable Sauce
The perfect farfalle with vegetable sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Farfalle
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Peppers yellow
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 1 Onion red
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Tomatoes
- 500 ml Sieved tomatos
- 2 tbsp Herbs of Provence
- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Cook the trap as usual.
- Roughly dice the paprika, tomato and zucchini. Dice the onion and carrot a little finer.
- First sauté the onion in a little oil. Then add the carrot, bell pepper and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato.
- Stir in the herbs and pour on the tomatoes. Season to taste with balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
