Spaghettini with Broccoli, Peppers and Tomatoes

- 250 g Spelled spaghettini
- 1 smaller Broccoli
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 small Onion
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 ml Plant cream
- 0,5 bunch Basil
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Agave syrup
- 2 tbsp Optional yeast flakes
- Pepper
- Cook the spaghettini according to the instructions.
- Finely chop the onion. Divide the broccoli into florets, peel the stalk and cut into slices. Dice paprika. Quarter tomatoes. Chop the basil.
- Sauté the onions in a little oil. Add broccoli, paprika and stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta.
