Spaghettini with Broccoli, Peppers and Tomatoes

The perfect spaghettini with broccoli, peppers and tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spelled spaghettini
  • 1 smaller Broccoli
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 small Onion
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 150 ml Plant cream
  • 0,5 bunch Basil
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp Optional yeast flakes
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the spaghettini according to the instructions.
  1. Finely chop the onion. Divide the broccoli into florets, peel the stalk and cut into slices. Dice paprika. Quarter tomatoes. Chop the basil.
  1. Sauté the onions in a little oil. Add broccoli, paprika and stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
  1. Drain the pasta.
