Spaghetti Braid
The perfect spaghetti braid recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pizza dough finished product
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- Tomato puree
- Oregano
- Wild garlic leaves chopped
- Chopped basil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 shot Red wine
- 250 g Grated cheese
- 1 Egg yolk
- 250 g Spaghetti
- Sear the minced meat then add the chopped onion and fry. Add the chopped tomatoes, a dash of red wine and tomato puree. Then let the spices and everything boil down. Then season the sauce with salt and pepper.

- Boil the spaghetti and take it out about 2 minutes before they’re done and rinse with cold water.
- Mix the spaghetti with the sauce.
preparation
- Roll out the dough and spread the spaghetti with the sauce in the middle of the long side. Spread the cheese over the spaghetti. Then cut into the side of the dough. (see picture) Then fold the spaghetti with the strips of dough into a braid
- Brush the braid with egg yolk and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees
