Cinnamon Butter Waffles

The perfect cinnamon butter waffles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Flour
  • 125 g Soft butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Waffle iron (here: From the cloer company for Brussels waffles)
  • Some butter to grease the waffle iron
  1. Put all ingredients (125 g softened butter, 100 g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt) in a mixing bowl and work through well with the hand mixer. Gradually stir in the flour and let the waffle batter rest a little. Brush the waffle iron a little with butter and fill the waffle iron twice with 1.5 tbsp and bake. Continue until the dough is used up. There were 10 waffles here. Depending on your taste, you can refine the waffles with powdered sugar and / or whipped cream or jam or fruit or Nutella or vanilla ice cream.
