Cherry and Almond Bundt Cake (for Diabetics)

- 1 Glass Cherries for diabetics 370ml
- 3 Eggs
- 125 g Soft butter
- 100 g Diabetic cutie
- 1 Tl Diabetic cutie
- Salt
- A few drops of bitter Almond ArimA
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 200 g Flour
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- Fat for the shape
- Drain the cherries well. Separate eggs. Mix the fat, 100 g diabetic sweetness, 1 pinch of salt and the bitter almond flavor until creamy. Stir in the egg yolks. Mix the almonds, flour and baking powder and stir in carefully.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Fold in the cherries as well.
- A small bundt pan – 16 cm – bold. Pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C. for approx. 45-50 minutes.
