Ingredients
 

For the sliced meat:

  • Beef roulades approx. 500 g cut into fine strips
  • 1 Red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 Onion cut into wedges
  • 250 ml Meatsoup
  • 100 ml Dry red wine
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Hungarian goulash cream, spicy

For the herb rice:

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 Small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Herbs of Provence or a mixture of herbs

Instructions
 

  • Sear the beef. Add the onion, tomato paste, goulash cream and sauté. Then add the peppers and sauté for about five minutes. Deglaze with wine, let stand briefly and pour in broth. Simmer the sliced ​​meat gently for about 45 minutes until the meat is tender and thicken with a little tomato paste if necessary.
  • In the meantime, sauté the onions and rice in a little vegetable oil until the rice turns golden. Gradually pour in the broth and simmer gently until the rice is soft.
