Curd Patties

The perfect curd patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Curd
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 5 Discs Ham
  • 40 g Flour
  • 40 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole Onion red
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
  • 2 tablespoon Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs for breading
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

  1. Cut the onion, garlic and ham into small cubes

preparation

  1. Roast the onion and garlic in hot oil – add the ham cubes and roast them with them
  2. Put the pots, crumbs, flour and the whole egg in a bowl – add roasted onion & ham – add chives – season the mixture with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg – mix everything together well
  3. Form patties from the mixture – turn patties in crumbs – then slowly fry them in hot fat

serve and decorate

  1. Serve on a bed of marinated ruccola salad and decorate with a little balsamic cream
