Curd Patties
The perfect curd patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Curd
- 1 whole Egg
- 5 Discs Ham
- 40 g Flour
- 40 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 whole Onion red
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Chives
- 2 tablespoon Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Nutmeg
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs for breading
- 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

- Cut the onion, garlic and ham into small cubes
preparation
- Roast the onion and garlic in hot oil – add the ham cubes and roast them with them
- Put the pots, crumbs, flour and the whole egg in a bowl – add roasted onion & ham – add chives – season the mixture with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg – mix everything together well
- Form patties from the mixture – turn patties in crumbs – then slowly fry them in hot fat
serve and decorate
- Serve on a bed of marinated ruccola salad and decorate with a little balsamic cream
