  • 500 g Flour
  • 500 g Quark
  • 200 g Sugar

  • 1 packet Baking powder

Donut

  1. For the donuts, put the flour in a bowl and make a well. Crumble the yeast in the well and mix it with sugar and a little milk. Let this dough rise for 10 minutes.
