Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Skinned almonds
  • 0,5 tsp Fleur de sel
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 70 g Ground almonds
  • 40 g Flour

Instructions
 

  • Separate the egg. Beat the egg white and add 1 tablespoon to the almonds, mix everything well and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 160 C ° for 10 - 12 minutes. Let cool down.
  • Crumble the marzipan with powdered sugar, almonds, flour and the remaining egg white and knead in cling film for one hour.
  • Shape the dough into a roll and form 35 balls of the same size. Put on a tray. Now press an almond on all sides with the tip pointing upwards.
  • Mix the egg yolks with a little water and brush the balls with it. Bake at 150 ° C for about 15-20 minutes on the 2nd rack from below.
