Tomato, spinach and mozzarella pan
- 75 g Onion red
- 2 g Red peppers
- 3 tbsp Pickled tomato oil
- 100 ml Semi-Dry white wine
- 250 g Canned tomatoes chopped
- 130 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Colorful pepper
- 0,5 tbsp Flor de Sal, olives
- 1 tbsp Balsamic cream

- 75 g Tagliatelle
preparation
- Peel and roughly chop the onion … Core and roughly chop the peppers … Thaw the spinach leaves in a saucepan … Roughly dice … Thaw the prawns
Cook
- Cook the ribbon noodles in salted water for about 8 minutes and drain
- Heat a pan with oil and chilli … Fry the onion pieces for about 3-5 minutes … Deglaze with 30 m white wine … Add 150 grams of tomatoes and simmer for about 1 minute … Add the shrimp and spinach leaves Simmer gently for approx. 7 minutes … Add 70 ml of wine, mozzarella and ribbon noodles and gently melt the cheese so that it results in a homogeneous sauce (approx. 3 minutes) … pepper and salt and top off with balsamic cream
Serve
- Place the tomato, spinach and mozzarella pan on a thin plate and serve hot
