Baking: Streusel Cakes, Filled
The perfect baking: streusel cakes, filled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* for the dough
- 275 g Flour
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 125 ml Milk lukewarm
- 10 g Yeast fresh
- 25 ml Oil
- 1 Egg
* for the crumble
- 50 g Flour
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chopped nuts
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 35 g Butter
* also
- 1,5 tbsp Jam jelly jams
- 1 tbsp Water
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 packet Baking custard cream
- Put the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then add to the flour mixture along with the oil and egg. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Then divide into 12 parts, shape them into balls, press flat and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix jelly or similar with water and brush onto the particles.
- For the crumble, knead and crumble the appropriate ingredients and sprinkle them on the cakes.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
- After cooling, cut open transversely.
- Mix the pudding powder with the milk according to the package instructions and then pour onto the lower halves. Place the upper halves on top.
- Let the pudding set.
