The perfect chocolate liqueur with coffee recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 liter Rum
  • 0,25 liter Milk 3.5%
  • 0,25 liter Cream 30% fat
  • 1 blackboard Block chocolate
  • 320 g Powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Condensed milk 7.5%
  • 125 ml Strong cold coffee
  • 2 packet Orange sugar
  1. Bring the milk with the orange sugar and the powdered sugar to the boil, remove from the stove and melt the crushed block chocolate in it while stirring. Let the mixture cool down. Then stir in the cream with the mixer, slowly stir in the coffee, condensed milk and the rum. Fill the liqueur into clean bottles with a funnel and let it steep for a few days in the refrigerator or in the cold cellar. It tastes best when it stands for about 3 weeks. If we have a taste, it is quickly gone … Cheers …; O))))
