Creamy Chocolate and Coffee Pralines
The perfect creamy chocolate and coffee pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 175 gr Milk chocolate, coarsely grated
- 175 gr Dark chocolate, coarsely grated
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Coffee
- Bring the cream to the boil, melt the chocolate in it and add the coffee.
- Use a piping bag to squirt the mixture into praline molds and allow to cool.
- Since I only had one praline mold with 15 compartments, there was still some mass left. I put it in the fridge so it would set a bit, then formed balls and rolled them into chocolate chips.
