Creamy Chocolate and Coffee Pralines

Ingredients
 

  • 175 g Milk chocolate, coarsely grated
  • 175 g Dark chocolate, coarsely grated
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Coffee

Instructions
 

  • Bring the cream to the boil, melt the chocolate in it and add the coffee.
  • Use a piping bag to squirt the mixture into praline molds and allow to cool.
  • Since I only had one praline mold with 15 compartments, there was still some mass left. I put it in the fridge so it would set a bit, then formed balls and rolled them into chocolate chips.
