Rice Pot with Minced Soy

The perfect rice pot with minced soy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Soy granules
  • 200 g Brown rice
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 ml Sieved tomatos
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Put the soy granules in a bowl and pour hot water over them so that the granules are covered. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
  1. Pour the granules into a sieve and squeeze out the remaining water.
  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Peel and chop the garlic Put the soaked soy granules with the garlic in the saucepan and fry them.
  1. Because rinse the rice under running water, add to the saucepan and stir.
  1. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and tomatoes. Add paprika powder and oregano and simmer until the rice is cooked through.
  1. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
