Rice Pot with Minced Soy

- 125 g Soy granules
- 200 g Brown rice
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 500 ml Sieved tomatos
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tsp Paprika powder
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Put the soy granules in a bowl and pour hot water over them so that the granules are covered. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Pour the granules into a sieve and squeeze out the remaining water.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Peel and chop the garlic Put the soaked soy granules with the garlic in the saucepan and fry them.
- Because rinse the rice under running water, add to the saucepan and stir.
- Deglaze with the vegetable stock and tomatoes. Add paprika powder and oregano and simmer until the rice is cooked through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
