Insalata Mista with Herb Dressing

The perfect insalata mista with herb dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Italian herbs
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 4 tablespoon Light balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 125 Milliliters Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the peppers together with the cucumber, tomatoes and spring onions. Then core and dice the peppers. Halve the tomatoes, slice the cucumber and cut the spring onions into rings. Peel and grate the carrots.
  2. Drain the corn and mix it with all of the other ingredients.
  3. Mix the vinegar with the broth, mustard, honey, Italian herbs and oil. Then season with salt and pepper and serve the salad with the dressing.
  4. Tip 4: For dressing lovers, simply prepare twice the amount of dressing.
