Chinese Cabbage with Herb and Cream Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 piece Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 2 piece Fresh shallots finely chopped
  • 0,5 piece Green chilli peppers finely chopped
  • 1 piece Freshly chopped spring onion
  • 40 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Cold-pressed sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Acacia honey
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 some Butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Cut a piece of the Chinese cabbage from the stalk and halve the Chinese cabbage. Always place a few leaves on top of each other, cut out the stalk in a triangle shape (see picture 3). Then cut the leaves into strips.
  • Sauté shallots, leek and chilli in butter a little.
  • Stir the cream cheese in the vinegar until smooth, then add the other ingredients and everything is mixed well.
  • Now mix the Chinese cabbage strips with the dressing and let it steep a little. Then season again to taste.
