Chinese Cabbage with Herb and Cream Cheese Dressing

The perfect chinese cabbage with herb and cream cheese dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 piece Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 2 piece Fresh shallots finely chopped
  • 0,5 piece Green chilli peppers finely chopped
  • 1 piece Freshly chopped spring onion
  • 40 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cream of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Cold-Pressed sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Acacia honey
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 some Butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  1. Cut a piece of the Chinese cabbage from the stalk and halve the Chinese cabbage. Always place a few leaves on top of each other, cut out the stalk in a triangle shape (see picture 3). Then cut the leaves into strips.
  2. Sauté shallots, leek and chilli in butter a little.
  3. Stir the cream cheese in the vinegar until smooth, then add the other ingredients and everything is mixed well.
  4. Now mix the Chinese cabbage strips with the dressing and let it steep a little. Then season again to taste.
