Kohlrabi Salad with Yogurt and Herb Dressing

- 2 medium sized Kohlrabi
- 1 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp 8-Kräuter-Mischung, TK-Produkt oder frische Kräuter
- 2 tbsp Neutral cooking oil
- Peel, wash and roughly grate the kohlrabi. Bring the water to the boil and blanch the kohlrabi for about 2 minutes, drain, drain and let cool.
- In the meantime, put the yogurt in a bowl, mix well with the lemon juice, salt, sugar, cooking oil and 8-herb mixture and mix well with a whisk. If necessary, add a little lemon juice to taste.
- Mix the cooled kohlrabi with the dressing and let it steep for about 20 minutes in a cool place.
- Tastes good with grilled or pan-fried foods.
