Kohlrabi Salad with Yogurt and Herb Dressing

The perfect kohlrabi salad with yogurt and herb dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 medium sized Kohlrabi
  • 1 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp 8-Kräuter-Mischung, TK-Produkt oder frische Kräuter
  • 2 tbsp Neutral cooking oil
  1. Peel, wash and roughly grate the kohlrabi. Bring the water to the boil and blanch the kohlrabi for about 2 minutes, drain, drain and let cool.
  2. In the meantime, put the yogurt in a bowl, mix well with the lemon juice, salt, sugar, cooking oil and 8-herb mixture and mix well with a whisk. If necessary, add a little lemon juice to taste.
  3. Mix the cooled kohlrabi with the dressing and let it steep for about 20 minutes in a cool place.
  4. Tastes good with grilled or pan-fried foods.
