- 8 Yufka pastry sheets
- 250 g Halloumi cheese
- 0,25 bunch Fresh coriander
- 1 Egg
- Sesame black
- Cut the cheese into small cubes. Wash the coriander, shake dry and cut into small pieces. Whisk the egg.
- Mix the cheese and coriander together.
- Cover each Yufka triangle with 1/8 of the mixture (on the wide side), then coat the edges with a cream, fold up and brush completely with egg, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds and place on a baking sheet.
