Vanilla – Cream Ice Cream

- 3 piece Egg yolk
- 130 g Sugar
- 2 piece Vanilla pods
- 250 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream
- Mix egg yolks and sugar until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Let the milk boil, then remove it from the stove.
- Carefully scrape out the vanilla pod, add the pod * Without pulp! * To the milk and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add the egg-sugar mixture with the vanilla pulp and stir and pour again briefly on the hot plate until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Put the cream in the blender and let it cool.
- (Optimally) heat the chocolate in a water bath and add it to the ice cream that has already cooled a little. This gives the ice cream a hearty taste
