Avocado Dip Similar to Guacamole

The perfect avocado dip similar to guacamole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Avocados
  • 2 Pc. Limes
  • 1 Pc. Red onion
  • 150 g Sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 0,5 Pc. Chilli pepper; alternatively half a teaspoon of chilli flakes
  • 1 Msp Mexican spice mix at will
  • Salt pepper
  1. Halve the avocados, remove the stone and spoon the pulp into a mixing bowl. Puree with the juice of the lime and the other ingredients. I specified two limes because there was relatively little juice to squeeze out of mine. So it’s better to use a lime first and then a second if necessary.
  2. Place the core in the middle of the dip until serving, it will keep its beautiful green color longer.
