Ratatouille with Minced Meat and Rice
The perfect ratatouille with minced meat and rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Times Pepper mix
- 1 size Aubergine
- 2 tbsp Rubbed thyme
- 1 tbsp Rubbed rosemary
- 1 Bay leaf
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- Soy sauce
- 2 Cooking bag Rice
- Splash of lemon juice
- Chop the garlic and onion, add sugar and fry, chop the vegetables and add, fry with them. Season everything and simmer with 2 glasses of water until soft.
- Cook the rice seperately and fry the mince seasoned with salt and pepper and a little garlic powder.
- When the mince is well done, add to the vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with the rice.
