Ratatouille with Minced Meat and Rice

The perfect ratatouille with minced meat and rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Times Pepper mix
  • 1 size Aubergine
  • 2 tbsp Rubbed thyme
  • 1 tbsp Rubbed rosemary
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 Pinches Sugar
  • Soy sauce
  • 2 Cooking bag Rice
  • Splash of lemon juice
  1. Chop the garlic and onion, add sugar and fry, chop the vegetables and add, fry with them. Season everything and simmer with 2 glasses of water until soft.
  1. Cook the rice seperately and fry the mince seasoned with salt and pepper and a little garlic powder.
  1. When the mince is well done, add to the vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with the rice.
