Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Red peppers
  • 2 Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Can Tomato pieces 400 g
  • 750 Milliliters Water hot
  • 3 tablespoon Meatsoup
  • 250 g Rice
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Red wine to taste
  • Red chilli to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Chop the garlic and chilli into small pieces. Clean the bell pepper and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
  • Heat a pan. Put the oil in the hot pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add the onion cubes, garlic and chilli and let simmer.
  • Add the tomato pieces, meat stock, rice and the red wine. Now fill everything up with the hot water and simmer over medium heat until the rice is almost done.
  • Now season everything with salt and pepper from the mill. Finally add the pepper cubes and let simmer. The peppers should still have a bit of bite when served.
