Minced Meat Pan with Peppers and Rice

- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 Red peppers
- 2 Onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Can Tomato pieces 400 g
- 750 Milliliters Water hot
- 3 tablespoon Meatsoup
- 250 g Rice
- Oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Red wine to taste
- Red chilli to taste
- Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Chop the garlic and chilli into small pieces. Clean the bell pepper and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
- Heat a pan. Put the oil in the hot pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add the onion cubes, garlic and chilli and let simmer.
- Add the tomato pieces, meat stock, rice and the red wine. Now fill everything up with the hot water and simmer over medium heat until the rice is almost done.
- Now season everything with salt and pepper from the mill. Finally add the pepper cubes and let simmer. The peppers should still have a bit of bite when served.
