Sherlocks Winter Stew
The perfect sherlocks winter stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2,5 liter Water
- 500 g Beef soup meat
- 1 Pc. Big onion
- 1 Pc. Leek
- 1 Pc. Fresh celery about 200g
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- Parsley
- 125 g Flour
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Mixed dry fruits
- Salt
- Make a good broth out of water, soup meat and soup vegetables, except parsley.
- In the meantime, make a dough out of flour, eggs and a little salt.
- Remove the meat and soup vegetables from the broth. Using a teaspoon, prick small dumplings from the dough and place on the shelf. Just let the broth stand no longer boil.
- When the dumplings float on top, add the dry mixed fruit and let it steep for about 15 minutes. The fruit gives the soup a light sweet and sour note.
- Finally, the meat and the soup vegetables are chopped up and added to the soup. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the soup. Good Appetite.
