Chili Seasoning Sauce

The perfect chili seasoning sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Liqueur wine [cream sherry, tokaj, port or muscatel wine]
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 Msp Salt

Chili seasoning sauce:

  1. Mix all ingredients with the water and fill into a sealable glass or bottle until you are ready to use. Shake the glass well.

Suitable for:

  1. Grill and roast meat, salads and hot sauces to taste.
