Red Wine Hops

  • 1 TA Oil
  • 2,75 TA Flour
  • 1 packet Chocolate pudgy
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 2 TA Sugar
  • 0,5 TA Raisins
  • 0,5 TA Chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp Heather jam
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  1. Soak raisins in red wine overnight.
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 C.
  1. Strain the raisins with the red wine, collect the red wine and pour it into 1 cup and fill it up to a full cup.
  1. Mix the flour with the custard powder and baking powder.
  1. Mix eggs, oil, sugar, flour mixture, and red wine well. Add the raisins and chocolate sprinkles and place in a well-greased Gugelhupf pan and bake at 175 C for about 1 hour. Chopstick sample
  1. When the cake has cooled down a bit, heat the jam and brush the Gugelhupf, stir powdered sugar with red wine to a glaze and coat the Hupf with it
  1. Let dry well
