Red Wine Hops

- 1 TA Oil
- 2,75 TA Flour
- 1 packet Chocolate pudgy
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 TA Sugar
- 0,5 TA Raisins
- 0,5 TA Chocolate sprinkles
- 2 tbsp Heather jam
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Red wine
- Soak raisins in red wine overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 175 C.
- Strain the raisins with the red wine, collect the red wine and pour it into 1 cup and fill it up to a full cup.
- Mix the flour with the custard powder and baking powder.
- Mix eggs, oil, sugar, flour mixture, and red wine well. Add the raisins and chocolate sprinkles and place in a well-greased Gugelhupf pan and bake at 175 C for about 1 hour. Chopstick sample
- When the cake has cooled down a bit, heat the jam and brush the Gugelhupf, stir powdered sugar with red wine to a glaze and coat the Hupf with it
- Let dry well
