Sweet: Fruity Crispy Chocolate
The perfect sweet: fruity crispy chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Dark couverture
- 50 g Whole milk couverture
- 1 tsp Butter
- 50 g Dried apricots
- 50 g Pumpkin seeds
- Break the couverture slightly and then put it together with the butter in a small metal bowl (melting bowl). Melt over a hot water bath, temper and stir thoroughly.
- Cut the apricot into very small pieces. Chop the pumpkin seeds if necessary. Stir both into the chocolate mass.
- Now spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. (But you can also put individual heaps on top and spread them into thin cakes.)
- Let set in a cool place (not in the refrigerator).
- Break apart and then store in a bowl or something similar.
