Sweet: Fruity Crispy Chocolate

The perfect sweet: fruity crispy chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Dark couverture
  • 50 g Whole milk couverture
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 50 g Dried apricots
  • 50 g Pumpkin seeds
  1. Break the couverture slightly and then put it together with the butter in a small metal bowl (melting bowl). Melt over a hot water bath, temper and stir thoroughly.
  2. Cut the apricot into very small pieces. Chop the pumpkin seeds if necessary. Stir both into the chocolate mass.
  3. Now spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. (But you can also put individual heaps on top and spread them into thin cakes.)
  4. Let set in a cool place (not in the refrigerator).
  5. Break apart and then store in a bowl or something similar.
