Chocolates: Chocolate Fudge … Very Sweet
The perfect chocolates: chocolate fudge … very sweet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 ml Sweetened condensed milk, e.g. Milkmaid
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Milk chocolate
- 4 tbsp Crunchy cereal
- A square shape (15 x 15 cm) or e.g. Line a springform pan with a diameter of 18 cm with baking paper or cling film.
- Roughly chop the two types of chocolate and melt them with the condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Mix well. Then stir in the granola and pour the mixture into the prepared form. Spread smoothly and cover and chill for a few hours.
- When the mass is solid, remove it from the mold and cut into approx. 50 cubes (2 x 2 cm). Pour into a can and store in the refrigerator. Lasts about 2 weeks.
- You can leave out the granola if you prefer the chocolate straight. Or stir in chopped nuts, or small white marshmallows, chopped dried fruits etc …
