- 500 g Spelled flour
- 70 g Linseed
- 50 g Sunflower seeds
- 25 g Sesame
- 25 g Pumpkin seeds
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 0,5 cube Yeast
- 0,5 tsp Honey
- 450 ml Water
- Stir yeast into lukewarm water and then dissolve the honey in it. Then stir all the ingredients together to form a batter in the bowl.
