Vesper Salad

The perfect vesper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Beer sausage
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 Pickled cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 200 ml Mayonnaise
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Wild garlic
  • 1 tsp Garlic oil
  1. Cut the sausage into strips – dice the pickles and paprika.
  2. Mix the majo with mustard, paprika powder, mustard flour, garlic oil and wild garlic and season with apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix in the sausage, bell pepper and cucumber and let it steep overnight.
  4. There was my whole grain milk bread with it.
