Vesper Salad
The perfect vesper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Beer sausage
- 1 Orange peppers
- 1 Pickled cucumber
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 200 ml Mayonnaise
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 1 tsp Wild garlic
- 1 tsp Garlic oil
- Cut the sausage into strips – dice the pickles and paprika.
- Mix the majo with mustard, paprika powder, mustard flour, garlic oil and wild garlic and season with apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Mix in the sausage, bell pepper and cucumber and let it steep overnight.
- There was my whole grain milk bread with it.
