Salad: Vesper Salad
The perfect salad: vesper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dressing:
- 2 Red onions in thin strips
- 150 g Mountain cheese cut into cubes
- 150 g Smoked ham cut into cubes
- 500 g Fresh spaetzle
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 75 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Salt pepper
- Cook the spaetzle in salted water or vegetable stock water according to the instructions on the package, remove it from the water with the dipper and allow to drain in a colander.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, pour over the salad ingredients, mix well and leave to steep for about 1 hour in the cool
