Salad: Vesper Salad

The perfect salad: vesper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dressing:

  • 2 Red onions in thin strips
  • 150 g Mountain cheese cut into cubes
  • 150 g Smoked ham cut into cubes
  • 500 g Fresh spaetzle
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cook the spaetzle in salted water or vegetable stock water according to the instructions on the package, remove it from the water with the dipper and allow to drain in a colander.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, pour over the salad ingredients, mix well and leave to steep for about 1 hour in the cool
