Steamed Cod Fillet
The perfect steamed cod fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Frozen cod
- 300 g Frozen imperial vegetables
- Leek half a stick
- 1 Lemon fresh
- Primal salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Place the thin stone insert in a pan, fill about half full with salted water. If you like, you can also steam with white wine. Bring to a boil.
- Lay the frozen vegetables on the insert, halve the leek lengthways and cut into slices, pour over the vegetables, fish, lemon wedge on top.
- Close the lid and cook for about 10-15 minutes. However, the water should not boil bubbly.
- Place everything on a plate, add salt, pepper and, if you like, an extra squirt of lemon over it. There was also the dill potatoes from my KB.
