Oreo Muffins
The perfect oreo muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 16 piece Oreo cookies
- 3 piece Protein
- 1 pinch Salt
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 pck Vanilla sugar or vanilla tartar paste
- 3 piece Egg yolk
- 150 g Soft butter
- 130 g Flour
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon Baking powder
- 120 g Chopped dark chocolate
- 8 tablespoon Milk
- 225 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 40 g Powdered sugar
- 16 piece Muffin molds
- 16 piece Cake decoration (roses, hearts, pearls)
- Divide the biscuits and set the white cream aside. The biscuits break into small pieces and mix with the chopped chocolate. Leave a few crumbs for decoration.
- Beat the egg white and salt until stiff and slowly stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar / pulp.
- Mix the butter and egg yolks into a foam, stir in the biscuits and chocolate. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Carefully fold in the egg whites.
- Pour the dough into the molds by tablespoon and bake at 190 degrees for a good 20 minutes … allow to cool.
- Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and biscuit filling. It is best to make it the day before.
- Pour the cheese mixture into piping bags and decorate the muffins.
