Skewers of Fiery Sauce

The perfect skewers of fiery sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 250 ml Gravy
  • 100 ml Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 cm Chilli paste
  • 5 drops Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper

Skewers

  1. Cut the schnitzel into cubes, mix the seasoning with oil and marinate the meat with it overnight. The next day, cut the peppers and onions and stick them alternately with the meat on skewers.
  1. Sear the skewers on all sides in the hot pan. Take out and set aside.
  1. Pour the gravy in the pan and simmer the bottom, add the chunky tomatoes, chilli paste, tabaso and salt and pepper, add the skewers and pull the whole thing for about 20 minutes. Finally season it if necessary.
  1. Before serving, puree the sauce.
  1. We like to eat skewers with rice.
