Meat Skewers with Garlic Sauce

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 0,25 Red pepper
  • 500 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 0,5 bunch Chives
  • 2 Gherkins
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Put the meat in a bowl. Chop the garlic clove and parsley, cut the peppers and pickles into small cubes, then add everything to the mince and process everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Form small dumplings and fry them in a coated pan with a little oil. Put the dumplings on skewers. Garlic sauce: Put the yogurt and sour cream in a bowl. Chop the chives and parsley, press the clove of garlic through a press (otherwise it can also be chopped up), grate the cucumber and add to the jagurt mixture. Mix everything well and mix with salt and pepper. Rice goes best with it.
