Spinach Spaghetti

The perfect spinach spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh spinach
  • 3 small Red peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 15 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Clean, wash and dry the spinach. Clean, wash, halve and core the peppers. Cut the pepper into thin strips, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Cook the spaghetti until al dente in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pepperoni strips in it. Add the garlic and sweat while stirring. Add the sesame seeds and fry for about 2 minutes while stirring. Add the spinach and let it collapse.
  4. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water and drain well.
  5. Turn the pasta in the spinach mixture and season with salt and pepper. Arrange and serve.
