Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork fillet, sirloin
  • 500 ml Beef broth
  • 200 g Smoked sausage
  • 150 g Long grain rice
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 Pc. Chopped onion
  • 2 Pc. Colorful peppers
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the meat into finger-thick strips, slice the smoked sausage and mushrooms, chop the onion and chili peppers. Remove the core and the white inside from the peppers and cut into strips,

Preparation ------------------------------------------------- -------------

  • Heat oil and butter in an ovenproof saucepan, fry the meat cut into strips on all sides, remove and set aside on a plate for the time being. Scrape off the bottom of the pot a little and maybe add a little oil.
  • Fry the chopped onion until translucent. Add the paprika strips and the chopped chilli pepper and cook for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and rice and sauté briefly as well. Deglaze with the beef stock and bring to the boil.
  • Empty the seared pieces of meat and the sausage slices into the pot, season with salt and pepper and cover in the preheated oven, let simmer at about 180 degrees for a good hour - the meat should be done by then and the rice should have absorbed the liquid.
