Spinach Spaghetti
The perfect spinach spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh spinach
- 3 small Red peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 400 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- Pepper from the grinder
- Clean, wash and dry the spinach. Clean, wash, halve and core the peppers. Cut the pepper into thin strips, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pepperoni strips in it. Add the garlic and sweat while stirring. Add the sesame seeds and fry for about 2 minutes while stirring. Add the spinach and let it collapse.
- Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water and drain well.
- Turn the pasta in the spinach mixture and season with salt and pepper. Arrange and serve.
