Rice Patties

The perfect rice patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,5 Can Corn
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 handful French beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 60 g Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Sugar
  • Cumin
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Flour
  1. Put rice with salt and water in a saucepan and cook until the water has completely evaporated – let cool down.
  1. Clean the vegetables – finely chop the onion and garlic, coarsely grate the carrot. Roughly chop the beans. Add the eggs, flour and yogurt to the vegetables.
  1. Fold in rice and season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, cumin and paprika powder.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the buffers in it until crispy.
