Rice Patties
The perfect rice patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Eggs
- 0,5 Can Corn
- 1 Carrot
- 1 handful French beans
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 60 g Yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sweet paprika powder
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Sugar
- Cumin
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 Cup Water
- Olive oil
- 5 tbsp Flour
- Put rice with salt and water in a saucepan and cook until the water has completely evaporated – let cool down.
- Clean the vegetables – finely chop the onion and garlic, coarsely grate the carrot. Roughly chop the beans. Add the eggs, flour and yogurt to the vegetables.
- Fold in rice and season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, cumin and paprika powder.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the buffers in it until crispy.
