Paprika – Leek – Vegetables with Brown Rice and Patties
The perfect paprika – leek – vegetables with brown rice and patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Red Cut peppers
- 1 pole Leek cut
- 20 g Coconut fur “mild”
- 20 g Homemade vegetable salt
- 2 tbsp Twice the concentration of tomato paste
- 2 cups Homemade vegetable broth

- 2 cups Brown rice
- 4 cups Homemade vegetable broth

- 4 piece Chickpea patties
Paprika – leek
- Leave the cut leek in the coconut oil, do not let it brown. Add the cut pepper pieces and braise everything for a few minutes.
- Now add the tomato paste, stir into the vegetables, then add the vegetable stock and stir well and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer very gently for about 15 minutes.
