Oktoberfest Salad
The perfect oktoberfest salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
vinaigrette
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 Onion red
- 2 tbsp Sweet mustard
- 4 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 8 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 3 Spring onions
- Peel the radish and slice it into stupid slices, clean the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Put in a bowl and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Drain the radish mixture and mix with the onions.
- For the vinaigrette, mix the mustard with the vinegar, oil and a little pepper. Cut the spring onion into fine rolls and fold in.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad ingredients and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and pepper, let the salad steep for approx. 15 minutes.
