Oktoberfest Salad

  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 1 Onion red
  • 2 tbsp Sweet mustard
  • 4 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 8 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 Spring onions
  1. Peel the radish and slice it into stupid slices, clean the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Put in a bowl and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
  1. Drain the radish mixture and mix with the onions.
