Zucchini Cake

- 3 piece Zucchini about 1.5 kilograms
- 1 large cup Semolina
- 4 Eggs
- 0,5 Cup Diced onions
- 1 bag Grated Emmental
- 0,5 Cup Oil
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 pack Cooked ham cut into small cubes
- 1 pack Raw smoked ham cut into small cubes
- Salt and pepper

- Wash the zucchini, peel the large zucchini and remove the core. Coarsely grate the zucchinis. Squeeze out in a sieve or a cloth. Mix all ingredients together. Salt & pepper well. Spread in an oiled springform pan or, if the mixture is larger, on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 150 ° for approx. 1 1/2 hours until the cake is lightly browned.
