Zucchini Cake

The perfect zucchini cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Zucchini about 1.5 kilograms
  • 1 large cup Semolina
  • 4 Eggs
  • 0,5 Cup Diced onions
  • 1 bag Grated Emmental
  • 0,5 Cup Oil
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pack Cooked ham cut into small cubes
  • 1 pack Raw smoked ham cut into small cubes
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Wash the zucchini, peel the large zucchini and remove the core. Coarsely grate the zucchinis. Squeeze out in a sieve or a cloth. Mix all ingredients together. Salt & pepper well. Spread in an oiled springform pan or, if the mixture is larger, on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 150 ° for approx. 1 1/2 hours until the cake is lightly browned.
