Zucchini Cake 2

The perfect zucchini cake 2 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Zucchini fresh
  • 150 g Mountain cheese
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 piece Puff pastry roll
  • Parchment paper
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out the puff pastry on it. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into evenly thin slices. Lay out on top of the puff pastry so that they overlap. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with plenty of salt and pepper.
  2. Either sprinkle grated mountain cheese on top or cut mountain cheese slices into strips and cover the cake like a lattice. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
  3. The amount corresponds to about 4 side dishes or 2 main dishes.
