Zucchini Potato Cream Soup with Thermomix

The perfect zucchini potato cream soup with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Zucchini
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 600 g Water
  • 1 cube Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream light, e.g. Cremefine
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 25 g Butter
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,25 tsp Nutmeg
  • 300 g Wiener sausages
  • 0,5 bunch Chives
  1. Cut the zucchini into large pieces. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes. Put both with water and the vegetable stock cubes in the mixing bowl and cook for about 20 minutes / 100 degrees / on level
  2. Then add the cream, milk, butter, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg and puree everything for 20 seconds on speed 10. Season to taste and, if necessary, add spices. Cut the sausages into slices and warm them up in the hot soup.
  3. Garnish with chives to serve.
